All of our patches are made to order, just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for most orders.

Damages, Defects, or Wrong Item
We always want you to be happy with your order.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mythreadedheart@gmail.com with:

If the issue is approved, we will either replace the item or offer a refund, at our discretion. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds for Approved Issues
If a refund is approved for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few business days to post the refund.
