FAQ

What backing options do you offer?

You can choose from sew-on, iron-on, or hook backing. Sew-on is always the most secure. Iron-on works great for jackets, jeans, and bags — just heat it evenly and don’t overcook the glue.

How do I iron on a patch?

  1. Place the patch where you want it.

  2. Cover it with a cloth.

  3. Press with a hot iron for 20–30 seconds.

  4. Let it cool, then check the edges.

  5. For anything that gets heavy wear, a few stitches around the edge is recommended.

(Think of iron-on as the “hold it still while I sew it” option.)

Do the colors match the photos?

Yes — all photos show the actual patches. Small variations may happen because each patch is made to order, but thread colors stay consistent.

How long does shipping take?

All orders ship via USPS with tracking.
Processing time is usually 5–7 business days, depending on how busy the shop is.

You’ll get a tracking number once your order goes out.

Do you take custom orders?

Sometimes! It depends on complexity and my current workload. If you have an idea, message me and I’ll let you know if it’s doable.

What size should I choose?

  • Small → hats, small bags, little corners

  • Medium → backpacks, sleeves, vests

  • Large → jackets, loadouts, statement placements

If in doubt: go medium. It’s the crowd favorite.

Are these patches handmade?

Yes — every patch is made in-house on a professional embroidery machine. Each one is stitched, trimmed, and finished by hand.

How do I care for my patch?

You can wash them (gentle cycle recommended). Avoid high heat in dryers if you used iron-on backing. Hook backing is the most durable long-term.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of made-to-order items, returns aren’t usually accepted — but if something arrives damaged or wrong, message me and I’ll fix it.
