Custom Patch Pricing

Custom patch pricing depends on the design, size, stitch count, thread colors, backing type, and quantity. We will always quote the order before starting so there are no surprises.

Digitizing cost

Digitizing is the setup step where your image is turned into a stitch file for embroidery. Most custom images cost between $25 and $35 to digitize.

This is usually a one-time setup fee for that design. If the artwork needs a lot of cleanup or changes, we will let you know before moving forward.

Patch cost

The actual custom patch usually starts at $10 and can go up from there depending on size, stitch count, backing, quantity, and design complexity.

Small and simple patches will usually cost less than large, dense, detailed designs. If you want several patches made from the same design, the per-patch price may be different than a single patch.

Example

If your image needs digitizing and you want one custom patch, the order may include the digitizing fee plus the patch cost. For example, a $25 to $35 digitizing fee plus a patch that starts at $10.

Final quotes

Every custom order is quoted before payment. We will tell you the digitizing cost, patch cost, and estimated processing time before we start.
