Random Info:
Our processing time for patches is 5–7 business days, though I often finish orders sooner when possible. Please note that some color variations may occur based on thread availability, but every effort will be made to closely match the colors depicted in the image.

Our Hook patches are securely bonded with a high-performance adhesive and both sides of the patch will be included for your convenience. Please note that we do not sew on Hook patches.

For larger quantity orders, please contact us for a more accurate delivery time frame.

While our patches are designed for easy application with an iron-on backing, we always recommend sewing the patches for a more permanent attachment, as the bond strength may diminish with multiple wash cycles.

We strongly recommend applying our iron-on patches to cotton, polyester, or cotton-polyester blend materials for optimal results.

Please note that nylon, rayon, vinyl, and leather materials are not suitable for iron-on application as they may scorch, melt, or leave a sticky residue during the heating process.

We recommend avoiding applying our patches to nylon materials as it may result in melting or damage to the fabric.

Made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for production; I often finish orders sooner when possible.

Patch Details & Care

How do I care for my patch?

Patches hold up best when sewn on. If using iron-on, avoid overheating the glue and follow the included instructions. For hook backing, make sure the surface you’re attaching to is loop-compatible. Hand-wash or spot-clean the garment for longest life.

What backing options do you offer?

All patches are available as sew-on, iron-on, or hook.

Sew-on: Most durable

Iron-on: Quick application

Hook: Great for bags, vests, or gear with loop panels

Choose your preferred backing at checkout.

What materials do you use?

Each patch is stitched on Ottertex fabric, using durable, colorfast polyester thread. This gives every patch a sturdy base with clean detail and long-lasting wear. All pieces are made in-house, one at a time, to ensure consistent quality.

Shipping Info

All orders ship via USPS with full tracking. Packages typically take 5–7 business days to ship out, depending on how busy the studio is. Once shipped, your tracking number will update as it moves through the USPS system.

If you ever need an update on your order, feel free to reach out.

How do I iron on a patch?

Set your iron to medium–high heat (cotton setting).

Place the patch where you want it, embroidery facing up.

Cover it with a thin cloth or pressing cloth to protect the threads.

Press firmly for 20–30 seconds without moving the iron.

Flip the item inside out and press the back for another 20–30 seconds.

Let it cool completely to set the adhesive.

For long-term durability, sewing is always recommended—especially on items that will be washed or exposed to heavy use.
